-You Must Have A Card On File To Book 

-CASH ONLY for payments 

- Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details & a full address. 

-This is a time for Relaxation & Lash Naps

-When being serviced please refrain from using your phone. 

- No Extra People are allowed inside during appointment time, ONLY the person getting serviced.

-PLEASE DO NOT RUSH MY SERVICES. If you have somewhere to be please book a time accommodating to your schedule.

- NO MASCARA 24 Hours before scheduled service. Please arrive to appointment with no eye makeup, no mascara, & no glue from previous extensions/strips. There will be an additional charge for any removal. If you come with mascara on your lashes your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

-If you have extensions from another lash tech, you must "add on" lash removal when booking. I do not fill over other lash techs work. 

- There is a Late Fee of $10 after 10 minutes! After 15 minutes your appointment is CANCELLED and %50 of service will be charged to the card on file.

- If you have to cancel please do so 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of service. No call no show leads to NO future appointments. And your card being charged 100%  of service 

- For REFILLS you must have at least 40%-50% of your lash extensions remaining, otherwise it will be considered a FULL SET and charged as so
